  By far one of the best rental car experiences we have had. After using other companies both in Aus and Overseas the Cairns team at Redspot out shone them all. Caring, friendly and nice team and beautifully clean car. Thank you! We are ditching the others and sticking with you!

  We arrived at Cairns Airport and proceeded to the Redspot counter. Our car was ready and the young man who served us was fantastic. He gave us a map and circled quite a few places that he suggested we visit which was so wonderful as we visited them all. My friend who was vacationing with me was an overseas visitor so having recommendations made the holiday even more special. The car was lovely to drive and we had a lot of fun. On returning the vehicle the process was just so simple and I would thoroughly recommend Redspot to anyone thinking of hiring a car.

  After phoning Redspot prior to our arrival to make sure I DIDN'T need to have a $2K limit available on a credit card (I only have a debit card), as advised by the third party internet provider we booked through; we walked straight up to the counter, no queue, had a fun conversation with both of the staff working there, had our car upgraded to a brand new model (it had 4km on the clock), had all of our questions answered clearly and quickly, walked out, got in, asked the car park attendant where the petrol lever was, and drove off. Handed the keys over to the same cheerful car park attendant upon departure, and that was it. Terrific value for money and at least as easy as catching an airport shuttle bus. I won't even bother with the other agencies in future. Well done and thank you Redspot staff at Cairns Airport.

  Had a rude service assitant named geof who belittled and spoke down to me. Not to mention when dropped back was charged a fee of $20 for 1l of fuel!. Car was filled to the top not even 2kms before the airport. Total crooks. Not worth the small savings as they end up costing more.

  Returning a week later, we were met at the Redspot bays by a friendly young chap, who checked the car over, signed off the contract, and took the keys - we didn't even have to sign out at the desk.

  Renting a car from Redspot was a pleasant experience. The desk-staff at Cairns airport were friendly and efficient, and dealt with the paperwork quickly - we were on our way to Palm Cove in no time!
