    With a heavily delayed flight, the Qantas lounge seemed like a good idea. Being a seasoned Qantas Frequent flyer, I was quite disappointed with level of service the Lounge reception provided to myself and wife today. One staff member in particular was quite elitist in her attitude to our enquires with unhelpful responses.

    Nice smaller domestic lounge. One of the better run Qantas lounges. Good gluten free options. Kids play area.

    Best word to describe this lounge - Average. Certainly no wow factor like others I've used. It seems they are quite happy with mediocre at this establishment.

    It's passable. Items during breakfast weren't stocked very well. The food was fine, just taking into account the sheer volume of passengers, food wasn't replaced fast enough. Tables weren't cleared in a prompt manner either. Maybe it was a staffing issue?

    The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome in the Club.
